System Compatibility
Dividers, punched pockets and index sets must share the binder hole pattern and fit inside its cover. Tabs add width beyond the sheet; welded pockets add bulk around holes. Start with the actual binder and contents instead of sourcing each accessory by a separate size label. The complete set also changes the usable filing capacity.

Divider Sequence
Define tab count, tab positions, printed legends and page order. For multiple languages or subjects, assign a code to every variant. Reinforced filing strips and pockets need openings that admit the document without fouling the punched edge. Confirm whether inserts arrive collated or as individual components.

Pack Approval
Load accessories in order, close the cover and turn through the set. Labels should remain readable and pockets should not catch at ring joints. Count components before packing and retain a reference photograph of the arrangement. Include accessory thickness in capacity estimates, especially with several wallets or heavy divider cards.

Manufacturing & Assembly
Cover preparation and printing are followed by mechanism positioning, fastening, assembly and packing. The approved sample defines the cover and mechanism combination.
Hole alignment, tab sequence, pocket seams, label readability and set counts.

Packaging & Protection
Group dividers, pockets and inserts by format and sequence. Protect tab edges, keep punched holes aligned and identify each assortment before carton packing.
Record the unit pack, pack quantity, carton dimensions and label positions. Check a packed sample with the intended contents before approving the shipment arrangement.

What to Check
Hole alignment, tab sequence, pocket seams, label readability and set counts.
Sectioned manuals, document protection and organized filing sets.
Record the reference contents, inspection method and acceptance criteria with the approved sample.
Buyer Question
Do A4 dividers fit every A4 binder?
No. A4 defines the paper format, not hole centres or tab allowance. Match the entire accessory envelope and punching pattern.
