Reference formats describe the contents, not a guaranteed manufacturing range. Finished dimensions, material grades and tolerances are agreed against your drawing and sample.
Planners and Diaries
Planner and diary can describe the same dated scheduling product in different markets. This page covers daily, weekly and monthly versions with both terms. A blank journal has a different content brief. Begin with date range, audience and writing space instead of approving a cover before pagination exists.
Calendar Proof
Confirm the start month, week-start day, language, date format and exact holiday list supplied by the buyer. Do not infer regional holidays or school calendars from a country name. Review every month transition, weekday alignment and relevant leap day. Dated products have a limited selling season, making complete proof approval essential.
Pagination and Binding
Daily spreads, monthly summaries, notes and reference sections create different thicknesses. Fix their sequence before choosing the spine. Tabs, ribbons and elastic add navigation and assembly details. Proof dates independently from typography, then compare the bound sample with the approved pagination schedule so no section is omitted or repeated.
Manufacturing & Assembly
Inner-page artwork and pagination are approved before printing and collation. Cover conversion, binding and finishing follow the selected format.
