Custom Stationery Sets
Coordinated stationery components packed to a buyer-approved assortment.

Specifications
List every component and target-market requirement; scope and sourcing are confirmed during quotation.
| Components | Description/SKU, size, construction, quantity and sourcing scope. |
|---|---|
| Pack | Placement, separators, branding, closure and retail information. |
| Release | Identity/count, coordinated finish, labels and required evidence. |
| Contents | Component list, individual specifications and quantities agreed explicitly. |
| Identity | Shared artwork and colour references controlled across the set. |
| Packing | Component arrangement, labelling and outer pack specified by the buyer. |
Reference formats describe the contents, not a guaranteed manufacturing range. Finished dimensions, material grades and tolerances are agreed against your drawing and sample.
Component Schedule
List every notebook, folder, case or other item with dimensions, material and quantity. A set title or photograph leaves uncertainty about hidden parts and substitutions. Identify articles manufactured for the program and elements needing separately confirmed sourcing. Commercial scope should be clear for each component before a single set price is accepted.

Branding Consistency
Paper, board, PP and textile reproduce colours and decoration differently. Compare the whole assortment with its packaging. If print area is limited, approve a scaled or simplified mark instead of leaving the decision to assembly. The buyer needs to see the actual combination that reaches the recipient, not unrelated individual samples.

Packing Checks
The outer pack must hold everything without crushing notebooks or trapping closures. Define placement, separators and whether shoppers can inspect contents. Count checks should distinguish missing, duplicate and incorrect variants. Match documentation and target-market requirements to each component rather than assuming that one report covers the complete set.

Manufacturing & Assembly
Format, ruling, artwork and set contents are approved before converting or binding. Finished goods are checked against the agreed school or retail specification.
Correct components, quantities, identity, pack arrangement and labels.

Packaging & Protection
Verify every item against the component list before closing the pack. Separate parts that can rub or puncture one another, with visible assortment identification.
Record the unit pack, pack quantity, carton dimensions and label positions. Check a packed sample with the intended contents before approving the shipment arrangement.

What to Check
Correct components, quantities, identity, pack arrangement and labels.
School starter packs, educational retail and branded programs.
Record the reference contents, inspection method and acceptance criteria with the approved sample.
Buyer Question
Can one test report cover the entire set?
Do not assume so. Check report scope against the actual materials, items and market requirements of every component.
