Component Schedule
A desk set is an assortment. List every tray, holder, box or pad with dimensions and quantity. Shared branding does not mean all pieces use the same thickness or manufacturing method. A reference photo cannot establish concealed components, lining or the exact usable size of each article.

Surface Coordination
Flat panels, curved areas and wrapped corners reflect light differently. Compare the whole set under consistent lighting using one colour reference. Logo placement and scale need to suit each available surface. Decide which parts remain visible through retail packing and whether pieces nest or ship separately.

Assortment Inspection
Check each article for function, then inspect set count, identity and packing order. Missing small parts can make an otherwise acceptable set unsaleable. Keep a packing photograph and variant code to avoid mixing similar colours. Separators should stop decorated surfaces rubbing against neighbouring pieces during shipment.

Manufacturing & Assembly
Components are cut and formed to the approved dimensions, then wrapped or finished where applicable and assembled into the agreed desk format.
Component counts, colour consistency, dimensional fit and packing protection.

Packaging & Protection
Count every component against the set list. Use separate compartments or separators to prevent smaller pieces rubbing against larger decorated surfaces.
Record the unit pack, pack quantity, carton dimensions and label positions. Check a packed sample with the intended contents before approving the shipment arrangement.

Corporate stationery collections and branded office programs.
Record the reference contents, inspection method and acceptance criteria with the approved sample.
Buyer Question
Can I quote by the number of pieces?
