Card Dimensions
A business-card dispenser, desk display and card storage holder solve different tasks. Supply actual cards, including lamination, corner shape and thickness. State whether one card is shown face-on or a stack is stored for removal. That determines pocket depth, viewing angle and access rather than a nominal card-size label.

Display Capacity
A bigger stack may obscure the front card or make retrieval awkward. A slot fitting one rigid card may damage a thicker version. For multiple compartments, define separation and orientation. Put branding outside areas hidden by cards unless the design intentionally reveals it only when the holder is empty.

Stock Compatibility
Fill the holder and remove cards individually, checking whether adjacent cards follow. Look for rubbing or curling on printed faces. Evaluate stability at the display angle and inspect the desk-contact surface. Include the holder in the complete desk-range colour approval if it belongs to a coordinated set.

Manufacturing & Assembly
Components are cut and formed to the approved dimensions, then wrapped or finished where applicable and assembled into the agreed desk format.
Card fit, stability, edge finish and artwork position.

Packaging & Protection
Protect the card opening and display angle from pressure. Keep surface protection clear of adhesive-sensitive finishes and identify any mixed assortments.
Record the unit pack, pack quantity, carton dimensions and label positions. Check a packed sample with the intended contents before approving the shipment arrangement.

Buyer Question
Is there a universal business-card size?
