Screen diagonal alone is insufficient. Provide full device dimensions and any protection requirements for separate evaluation.

Reference formats describe the contents, not a guaranteed manufacturing range. Finished dimensions, material grades and tolerances are agreed against your drawing and sample.
Device Dimensions
Devices with the same screen diagonal can have different body sizes. Supply length, width, thickness and corner profile, or the actual device. Include a protective shell if it stays fitted during use. Exterior sleeve dimensions do not establish the opening or interior clearance after seams and cushioning are assembled.
Fit and Protection
Outer fabric, lining and padding change the usable envelope and compression around the device. The zipper needs corner clearance and an appropriate interior guard. A soft lining does not establish drop protection or water resistance. Those claims require defined tests and evidence for the selected construction, not a comparison of padding thickness alone.
Device Access
Fit the device and operate the closure without forcing corners through the mouth. Inspect seam bulk, hardware and zipper backing inside. Accessory pockets need separation so their contents do not press against the device. Packing should not leave compression marks that reduce fit or distort the opening.
Manufacturing & Assembly
Cut components and approved decoration are assembled with seams, closures and hardware. Fit and function are checked against the intended contents.

Packaging & Protection
Maintain the intended shape of the padded body. Keep zip pulls away from exposed surfaces and avoid prolonged compression of cushioning panels.
Record the unit pack, pack quantity, carton dimensions and label positions. Check a packed sample with the intended contents before approving the shipment arrangement.

Buyer Question
Can a padded sleeve automatically be called protective?
A padding dimension is not a performance result. Define the required protection and verify the finished product before making a claim.
