Document Capacity
A bag must accommodate the largest folder, binder or bound report, including tabs, rings and covers. Paper format alone misses these projections. Record loaded thickness and whether users carry one flat stack or several separately bound documents. This determines gusset and opening geometry before material and decoration choices.

Handles and Closures
Handles transfer filled weight into panels; zippers and flaps retain contents. Specify hand carry, shoulder carry or both. Reinforcement should follow the load path rather than copy a decorative stitch pattern. Inspect the inside for hardware backs that can mark paper. Include any strap adjustment range in the sample review.

Handling and Shipment
Load the bag, operate its closure and lift at each intended carry point. Check corner clearance and whether the bag can rest on a surface without folding documents. Keep print away from seams and closure fittings. For flat or nested delivery, approve folds so creases do not damage the finished presentation.

Manufacturing & Assembly
Cut components and approved decoration are assembled with seams, closures and hardware. Fit and function are checked against the intended contents.
Handle attachments, seams, closure operation and document fit.

Packaging & Protection
Arrange handles and zip pulls so they cannot mark the body. Fold only along suitable panel lines and protect reinforced corners or rigid inserts.
Record the unit pack, pack quantity, carton dimensions and label positions. Check a packed sample with the intended contents before approving the shipment arrangement.

What to Check
Handle attachments, seams, closure operation and document fit.
Meeting packs, office document transfer and event programs.
Record the reference contents, inspection method and acceptance criteria with the approved sample.
Buyer Question
Will an A4 document bag fit an A4 binder?
Not necessarily. Binder covers, rings and spines extend beyond paper. Use the complete loaded binder dimensions as the fitting reference.
