Handout Contents
List brochures, cards, badges, pads and inserts with dimensions and counts. Pocket depths, card slots and bag gussets should follow the real bundle. Several thick brochures need a different folder from a few loose sheets. Test the complete contents before fixing the dieline and artwork; a late extra insert can change closing thickness.

Campaign Messages
One campaign may appear on paper, board and fabric. Define the artwork revision, colour reference and language for each item. Control dates, venue details and sponsor marks when multiple reviewers contribute files. Approve placement after seams, folds and hardware positions are fixed. A digital proof confirms content but not every material or assembly effect.

Distribution Schedule
The event has a receiving deadline, not simply a production preference. Separate proof, sample, manufacturing, inspection and transport milestones. Define quantities by destination and whether kits are assembled before shipment. A packing photograph and count checklist distinguish complete kits from individually acceptable articles collated incorrectly. Confirm labels and distribution sequence with the receiving team.
