Order Minimums
The published starting point is 300 pieces per product type. Confirm the applicable minimum for your construction, material, colours and artwork versions. A mixed assortment may involve several production setups even when its total exceeds that figure. List each variant and quantity so minimums can be discussed against the actual manufacturing scope.
Cost Drivers
Paper or sheet grade, board build-up, hardware, binding, print coverage, decoration and accessories affect cost in different ways. A larger ring or a thicker page block can also change the cover and carton, so dimensions should not be priced in isolation. Ask for clearly described alternatives where a target cost can be approached through different constructions.

Quotation Scope
A unit price is meaningful only alongside included packing, labels, inspection arrangements and the agreed delivery basis. Identify sample, tooling or setup charges separately and confirm their treatment on repeat orders. If one quotation includes retail packaging and another covers loose products, normalize those differences before comparing totals. Avoid treating a currency figure detached from its specification as a binding product price.

Change Control
Keep a revision number with each price. Changes to quantity splits, paper count, materials or artwork can invalidate earlier assumptions. Request a revised quotation before approving the change. For budget planning, distinguish an indicative estimate from a quotation based on a complete construction and packing brief. The final order should refer to the accepted scope and version.
