Learning Formats
Exercise and composition books share writing intent, but regional cover and binding expectations vary. Specify trim dimensions, physical sheets, ruling spacing, margins and subject layouts. Supply an actual page for approval. Handwriting guides, mathematics grids and general notes pages are not interchangeable just because their books have the same outer dimensions.

Identification and Handling
School folders, covers and cases need subject colours, name fields and room for actual contents. State whether items stay in class or travel daily. Review edges, fasteners and closures for the intended use. Identify age group, destination and required evidence before quotation so the product review has the correct scope rather than a generic school label.

Assortment Control
A starter set needs a component bill with counts and language versions. Plan classroom distribution without recounting mixed parts. Test name panels with the intended pen or label, and fit book covers on the actual textbook range. Separate sample, artwork, production and transport milestones when planning seasonal arrival. Inspect complete packs as well as individual items.
