Acceptance Reference
Identify the drawing, approved sample, artwork and packing revision that inspection will use. Specify dimensions and tolerances where fit is critical. Include functional checks appropriate to the article: ring closure, refill compatibility, zipper access or set completeness. Broad labels such as export quality do not establish how the buyer will accept or reject production.

Evidence Scope
The existing supplier profile names BSCI and SMETA audits, ISO 9001 and FSC Chain of Custody certification. Request current documents and verify their site, scope and validity for your review. A site audit or management-system certificate does not establish every product claim. Identify the actual material, age group, target market and required report before quotation.
Inspection Arrangements
For buyer-appointed inspection, provide the organization, timing, sampling approach and report requirements in advance. Clarify how findings are reviewed and who authorizes release. Some checks are more useful before an assembly step hides the component, so identify those checkpoints instead of relying only on final carton inspection.

Corrective Action
Where an issue is found, identify affected quantities and the proposed correction. Confirm whether reinspection or a revised approval sample is needed. Keep product changes separate from acceptance of a defect; agreeing a new requirement should not obscure what was originally ordered. Release records should describe the reference and evidence used.
