Product Reference
The drawing, material schedule, artwork and approved sample establish what is being made. Product checks should refer to that version. Buyers identify critical fit or functional requirements, while the agreed production plan identifies where they will be inspected. Record who can approve deviations so appearance preferences and mandatory acceptance points are not confused.

Document Scope
The existing supplier profile lists BSCI and SMETA audits, ISO 9001 and FSC Chain of Custody certification. Request the current supporting documents and review the named site, scope and validity. These references are not blanket product approvals. A particular material claim, age group or market requirement needs evidence appropriate to the actual article and order.
Inspection and Release
Buyer-appointed inspection can be included in the order plan. Agree the scope, schedule, reporting and release decision before production is complete. Record any correction and reinspection rather than treating a shipment date as automatic approval. The public quality page explains checkpoints; the project file should contain the specific measurements, methods and acceptance criteria selected for the product.
