Intended Use
List what it holds and how it is handled. Give the largest document, device or accessory dimensions and the intended load. For a binder, include punched pockets and tabs; for a sleeve, give the whole device envelope rather than screen diagonal. State which outside dimensions are constrained and which can follow the construction.

Construction Fields
Separate usable internal space from the exterior. Record paper gsm, board or plastic caliper, binding method, mechanism geometry and component count where relevant. Distinguish physical sheets from printed page faces. If a value is unknown, send a reference or explain the functional outcome instead of inserting a number that has not been measured.

Approval and Inspection
Attach revisioned artwork, a material reference and a packing plan. Define the critical fit checks and any required test or document. Identify the approval contact and delivery milestone. The completed checklist should be sufficient to compare quotations and should become part of the approved order record, not remain an informal enquiry attachment.
