Office Workflows
Archive binders, meeting folders and desk organizers serve different tasks. List document formats, storage furniture and retrieval methods. Include labels, tabs and sleeves in the filing envelope. A4 and US Letter are different rectangles, while punching varies even within one format. Use the real document pack as the development reference instead of specifying only an office-paper label.

Construction Coordination
Ring binders allow reorganization; pocket folders suit handouts; padfolios combine writing pads and accessories. Desk trays need usable dimensions and loaded stability. Coordinate colours and logo placement across the range, but approve each material and shape. One print treatment may not suit every substrate. Test closures and surfaces with the actual inserts and accessories in place.

Replacement Planning
Specify individual articles, employee kits or departmental assortments. Retain refill interfaces, labels and artwork revisions so later orders remain compatible. Identify distribution labels and quantities by location. Inspect the complete kit for count and packing damage, not only one attractive sample. A change in folder size or notebook thickness may also require a new carton arrangement.
