Sampling standard
ISO 2859-1, equivalent to ANSI/ASQ Z1.4 — single sampling, normal severity, General Inspection Level II. Functional and destructive tests use special levels S-1 to S-4 as applicable.
Tracked defect classes include ring misalignment or non-closure, PP weld separation, print registration and Pantone deviation against the approved sample, lamination bubbles or delamination, board warp and burrs on die-cut edges.
Buyer-appointed third-party inspection is routine — we work with SGS, Bureau Veritas, Intertek, TÜV, QIMA and Cotecna.
